What are the benefits of my Nevada Public Radio membership?

• Members Only

  As a member of Nevada Public Radio you are eligible for on-air ticket give-aways, as well as invitations to 'members only' events, and discount tickets to special events.

• Thank-you Gifts

  If you requested a thank-you gift when you pledged, you can expect to receive it within three weeks after we process your payment.

• Clark County Credit Union

  Members who join at the $40 level or above can apply for membership in the Clark County Credit Union. For more information, call CCCU at 702.228.2228.

• Tax Deductions

  Gifts to Nevada Public Radio are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. (Your gift is deductible for the amount of the pledge minus the fair market value of any thank-you gift you elect to receive.) For members who make an annual contribution of $250 or more (or $75 or more and receive a thank-you gift), a year-end tax receipt will be mailed after the first of the year. How else can I get involved with Nevada Public Radio?

• Employer Matching Program

  A terrific way to make your investment in Nevada Public Radio go even further: check with your employer's personnel department to see if they have a matching gift program in place. Some employers match dollar-for-dollar; some double or even triple employee contributions. Simply obtain the proper form from your personnel department, complete your portion, and mail it to us. It's that easy - and makes a big difference! Companies who are currently matching member contributions include - Sprint, Citibank, TRW, Bank America, Chevron, Chase Manhattan, AT&T, U S Bank, Arco Foundation, Household International and Lucent Technologies.

• Underwriting on Nevada Public Radio

  Members with businesses can reach a large exclusive audience by Underwriting on Nevada Public Radio. More than 86% of the listeners who frequent businesses that underwrite on public radio do so because of the community connection. Nevada Public Radio is an integral part of the marketing strategy for more than 100 Nevada businesses. • Volunteer Opportunities

• Nevada Public Radio Endowment Fund

  Your membership donations go directly to everyday operations, primarily programming. However, to help ensure the long-term financial stability of Nevada Public Radio, we have established an endowment fund. Many of our members have made gifts of stock or estate gifts to this fund.   Nevada Public Radio is fortunate to have a growing number of members. But with such volume in our database (and given the transience of area residents), we know that mistakes sometimes happen.
